Clients must provide accurate personal information, including birth details for astrology and adequate descriptions for dream or tarot services. Full payment is required at booking. Accepted methods include major cards, PayPal, and digital options. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received. Cancellations or rescheduling made 24+ hours in advance qualify for a full refund or a one-time free reschedule. Cancellations under 24 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows are non-refundable. If The Finest Conjure must cancel, clients will receive a full refund or priority rebooking. All client information and session content is confidential and stored securely. Personal data will never be shared except as required for payment processing. Clients may request data removal at any time. Clients should prepare by providing accurate details. Birth chart readings require correct birth time and location. Dream interpretations should include detailed descriptions. Tarot sessions work best with a clear question or intention. The Finest Conjure does not guarantee outcomes, predictions, timelines, or specific results. Clients are fully responsible for their own decisions and actions after the session. Services are available to clients 18+ unless a guardian provides consent. Readings will not be performed on unknowing or unwilling third parties. All materials provided (written, audio, digital) are for personal use only and may not be shared or republished. Respectful communication is required. The Finest Conjure reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session in cases of disrespect, harmful requests, unethical expectations, or boundary violations. By booking, the client agrees to all policies, acknowledges the interpretive nature of the service, consents to intuitive guidance, confirms information provided is accurate, and understands that refunds are not issued once a session has been completed or delivered.
